The practice has developed its Building Surveying Department over the last five years and now comprises twenty surveyors and design staff. A broad range of skills are demonstrated within the Department. A traditional approach is adopted to ensure a high degree of service and professional commitment to our clients. This approach is backed up by the latest technology including Computer Aided Drawing processes.

The range of work covered by the department includes development appraisal of sites for clients, together with the associated initial surveys, design and drawing work. The department has the capacity to follow through design development and working drawings to contract procurement and site implementation.

The range of building surveying services provided includes Party Wall work, dilapidations, fire insurance valuations, defects surveys and building forensic analysis.

The department has a reputation for the implementation of large multi-property stock condition surveys and the creation of life cycle costs and long term maintenance budgets. Much of our work is obtained in competition and our success is an indication of our competitive nature.
