Meet The Directors

Sean Powell

BSc (Hons), Dip Law, FRICS

Chairman

Sean is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has worked at TTPP since 1995, progressing from graduate surveyor to Chairman. In that time he has worked on schemes for the majority of TTPP’s Clients and he has a wealth of experience in the provision of consultancy services on both railway and traditional construction projects. In keeping with TTPP’s policy of actively controlling all projects at Director level, Sean is the Account Manager for the on-going delivery of numerous schemes.

Christopher Lee

BSc (Hons), MSc, AaPS, MRICS

Managing Director

Christopher is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has worked in the industry since 2006. He has worked at TTPP since 2014 and has progressed during that time from Quantity Surveyor to Managing Director. He has extensive experience of all aspects of Quantity Surveying and his skills are enriched by his Project Management, Contract Administration and Design abilities. His experience covers a variety of construction sectors having worked on a wide variety of projects of varying value, complexity and involving a multitude of procurement routes and forms of contract, on this basis he is able to offer pragmatic and sound advice to our clients.

Like all the TTPP Directors he is very much ‘hands on’ with a practical approach to all the projects he is involved in.

Craig Latowsky

BA (Hons), Dip Arch, M Arch, ARB, RIBA

Director of Design

Craig is a qualified Architect with over 20 years experience in Architecture and Project Management, with involvement in all project stages, from feasibility and concept design through to delivery on site, across a range of construction sectors, new build and existing.

In the last 10 years Craig has focused on Rail, Commercial, Residential and Hospitality building design for a range of our valued clients.

Alan Bertram

BSc (Hons), FRICS

Director of Quantity Surveying

Alan is an accomplished Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in project, cost, and commercial management on projects in a wide range of sectors from inception to completion.  This experience provides him with the expertise to quickly adapt to new approaches to project delivery and ways of working.

Our clients also benefit from TTPP’s policy of hands-on director involvement which allows them to utilise Alan’s strong commercial leadership and experience to improve project delivery.

Jack Clements

BSc (Hons), MRICS, AaPS

Director of Projects

Jack is a Chartered Project Manager and has worked for TTPP since 2009 starting as a trainee, now progressed to Director.

Jack is well versed in day to day Project Management duties such as programme critical path analysis, contract administration, liaison with clients and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery in both time and cost.
