TTPP was commissioned by a private developer to provide ‘one stop shop’ construction consultancy services for the provision of a £5 Million project to refurbish the office and core areas of a previously converted late 1800’s warehouse located within a Conservation Area.

TTPP were commissioned by a private developer to project manage a full refurbishment and upgrade each of the floors at The Lever Building finished to Grade A standard whilst retaining many of the building’s original features. Two new 8-person passenger lifts open directly into the office space which offer fully accessible raised floors, a brand new exposed VRF air-conditioning system, modern suspended lighting, sand-blasted brickwork and expansive windows allowing superb natural daylight. The latest technologies have been implemented obtaining a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ and an EPC rating of B.
