Profile Overview
This scheme involved the modernisation of a group of railway arches & yard areas within a Conservation area.
The works included the full internal strip out and re-instatement of the internal finishes along with associated electrical services. To increase natural light, new full height glazed shop fronts were introduced to enhance the primary elevation.
The scheme scope was completed by the redesign of boundary walls, the introduction of mezzanines to all arches to maximise internally felxibility, the provision of new toilet facilities and external upgrades to hard and soft landscaping areas to bring new life to these interesting and unique spaces.
