Profile Overview
This scheme involved the luxury residential re-development of a Grade II Listed building within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The scheme delivered ten high quality apartments and involved the stripping out of the existing living and Landlord accommodation followed by the alteration and complete refurbishment internally to a superior specification. The works also included external repairs, roof works and landscaping.
The project brief supported our client’s drive to introduce sustainability and innovation, against the challenges of working within the restrictions of a busy residential area and the confines of a listed building.
