The practice built its reputation on providing Quantity Surveying services before diversifying into building surveying and project management.

We are widely experienced in all classes of construction work in both public and private sectors on projects ranging from minor works to multi-million pound developments.

Over the years the practice has carried out work on a wide range of commercial and residential projects. In particular we have developed extensive experience in refurbishment and historic restoration projects.

Our philosophy is to combine a traditional approach to preparing and producing pricing documents with a commercially aware modern view on the post contract offering maximum benefit to the client. We recognise that the procurement of a building contract today demands a flexible approach to balancing time, cost and quality. Clients no longer require just a Cost Plan, Bills of Quantities and a Final Account; the Quantity Surveyor is now expected to assist in pre- and post-contract programming, cash flow forecasts, etc and to be involved in the whole building process.
