We are a friendly, established consultancy practice providing a variety of services to the construction industry. The business is currently seeking an experienced, proactive personable project coordinator to support a number of Directors/Associates in the management of projects. The business has a varied portfolio of clients for a range of sectors and exciting plans for future growth.

You will provide dedicated support working alongside a close-knit team of professionals with exposure to the overall business and individuals within the team. This particular role is busy and varied so no one day will be the same. You will be expected to be organised and wear many hats which include but are not limited to project administration/ support, marketing, planning, etc. The role will require the individual to:

  • Provide general project administration duties such as taking minutes, setting up permits for site access, preparing drawing issues sheets, issuing documents, inputting into project programmes, etc.
  • Collate information and produce presentations from PowerPoint for meetings and seminars and maintain business specific reports as required
  • Setting up diary reminders for project deliverables
  • Maintain effective project filing in accordance with systems and procedures
  • Maintain up to date company brochures, websites and project profiles (InDesign) with new projects
  • Maintain staff CV’s
  • Maintain project photographs database
  • Arrange meetings for Directors/Associates with external clients
  • Manage and update Social Media content
  • Manage ad hoc tasks/projects as requested by the team
  • Collate timesheet information

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills/ experience:

  • Marketing/Social Media experience would be preferred
  • Efficient, highly organised, problem solver
  • Self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Good at building relationships at all levels
  • Discreet, credible and personable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Wants to develop within a construction consultancy
