At TTPP, our aim is to provide our clients with high quality construction consultancy services at a fair and transparent cost. We are focused on building long term relationships by delivering reliable, well considered advice and maintaining a consistent standard of performance across all projects. We place strong emphasis on professionalism, integrity and accountability, ensuring that our clients’ instructions are properly understood and delivered. We approach each project and client budget with the same level of care and attention we would apply to our own, with a focus on achieving practical, deliverable outcomes.

Since our establishment in 1989, TTPP has developed into a multidisciplinary consultancy working across cost, building surveying, design and project management, together with procurement advice, CDM and asset management support. We have a wide portfolio which includes experience across most of the construction industry sectors with a particular emphasis within rail, bus, commercial real estate and refurbishment (cut and carve) projects, and are frequently appointed on complex schemes in live operational environments. Our approach allows us to respond to the specific requirements of each project while maintaining control of risk, programme and cost throughout.

A significant proportion of our work comes from repeat business and recommendations from both clients and fellow consultants, reflecting the trust placed in us and the consistency of our delivery. When you appoint TTPP, you can be confident that you will receive a straightforward, professional service focused on achieving the right outcome for your project.

If you are planning a project and would like to discuss how we can support you, please get in touch.
