TTPP were engaged to provide professional services on the refurbish of eighteen railway arch viaducts, which were previously used as car repair businesses, storage facilities and workshops in order to create modern light industrial and storage units.
The works included full internal strip out and re-instatement of the internal finishes and mechanical and electrical services, provision of new front and rear infills including electric roller shutters to front, creation of single storey lean-too extensions to rear of several units and provision of new modern toilet facilities.
