TTPP were appointed to provide professional services on this modern and sustainable commercial refurbishment in the heart of London.
The project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of the existing building to provide 1670m2 of open plan grade A office accommodation. Meeting the Client’s brief of delivering an energy efficient and sustainable scheme, the project achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ through a holistic package of innovative solutions.
The maximise lettable potential, the design allows for flexible accommodation with the building services split in to four independent zones.
A new double height feature entrance was created to provide a more modern and lighter approach to the building and complete this great project.
