TTPP were appointed to provide surveying services on the comprehensive refurbishment of this office building to provide Category A office space.
The works included the strip out of existing office accommodation, installation of new services included full low-level small power installation, heating and cooling, new lighting, refurbishment of toilets, communal areas and main reception.
