TTPP were engaged to provide professional surveying and contract administrator services in connection with the full refurbishment and restoration of the famous hotel to 6* standard involving partial internal demolition and remodelling of the interior to provide a total of 54 rooms including 11 suites. The project entailed the comprehensive refurbishment of the exterior together with the provision of a roof extension. TTPP liaised closely with the hotel operator reference the requirements for the ‘state of the art’ front of house facilities including an extensive restaurant and private dining area, elegant bar, tea lounge, pavement café, fitness and spa suites and library.
