Profile Overview

This sympathetic conservation area development centred around the Queens head pub (built in 1840) and comprised the construction of two new townhouses bookending the original pub with three further residential apartments created above.  The original pub basement was extensively extended behind the listed façade to create new F&B offering. The scheme paid particular attention to retaining and restoring the exquisite Victorian façade.
