TTPP undertook the role as Architect, Interior Design Coordinator and Design Team Leader for this luxury boutique hotel project.
Providing 14 guestrooms, a large restaurant, exclusive private dining room space, bar area and associated front of house facilities, the project involved the careful retention of existing structures, while providing a new extension to the rear and a new Georgian style front façade, to replicate the adjacent buildings on this premier Central London address.
Our involvement ran from the early planning stages through to detailed design and implementation on site. Detailed coordination was required with Structural and MEP Engineers to ensure the high level of servicing and equipment required for this luxury offering could be weaved within the confines of the retained structures on this central London site.
The high specification of the project involved working closely with the tenant’s interior designer and operations team, to realise this exciting project and ensure successful delivery.
