TTPP undertook the role as Architect, Interior Design Coordinator and Design Team Leader for the substantial refurbishment works on this landmark office building on Tavistock Square in Central London.
A substantial part of the scheme involved the remodelling and refurbishment of the main reception area, including improvements to the entrance façade. In addition, new cat A refurbishments were undertaken to a number of the office floors, including a redesigned central core, containing lifts, lift lobbies and washrooms.
Our involvement ran from initial concept stages, through to preparation of detailed information packages and implementation on site. Throughout the process, close collaboration was required with the MEP engineers on the retention, modification and replacement of the specialist services utilized on the project.
All parties were very pleased with the work undertaken and TTPP were subsequently asked to undertake further design work for other floors in the building.
