Profile Overview
We provided multi-disciplinary consultancy services for Southeastern on this large new cycle hub and retail facility at Tonbridge Railway Station.
TTPP involvement commenced at concept design stage, where our designs maximised the space available on this awkward triangular plot adjacent to a main road, with 3D massing models utilised to explore concepts and present ideas to the stakeholder team. This process was undertaken in conjunction with our QS team and specialist subconsultants to ensure engineering and cost efficiency were an integral part of the design process.
Following option selection, the TTPP project team developed detailed design information and Project Managed the scheme on behalf of our client through the procurement stages and through to implementation and successful handover.
