This scheme involved the comprehensive reconfiguration and refurbishment of this building within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

The scheme provided over 950m2 of residential accomodation, divided over 6 high specification apartments (one studio, one duplex and four lateral apartments) with reconfiguration works including the relocation of the apartment entrance from Sloane Street to Cadogan Gardens through the creation of a new stair and lift core to service apartments.

Meeting the Client’s brief of delivering an energy efficient and sustainable scheme, the project achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ through a holistic package of innovative solutions.

The project balanced the challenges of undertaking extensive works in a heavily occupied area, bringing modernisation and sustainability to a period property in a key conservation environment and delivering a high quality end product for our client.
