As part of a National Programme, TTPP were commissioned to Design and Project Manage a major re-development scheme at Bognor Regis Station for Southern Railway.
A key element of the National Programme was to attract third party funding and encourage partnership working with other interested parties.
Works included the re-modelling of the station forecourt areas, new concourse finishes and customer information systems, relocation of the main ticket office and the upgrade of station retail offerings and customer waiting room areas.
Our experienced team were required to carefully balance the challenges of engaging with multiple project stakeholders including the town council, working within the confines of a Grade II listed building with close liason with Railway Heritage and the Local Conservation Officer, and safely delivering a multi-faceted project within a live station environment.
Overall the Project yielded great results through collaborative team working.
