TTPP were engaged to provide professional services on this project that involved re-arranging and enhancing the depot to provide stabling and servicing facilities. Phase 1 was focused on delivering stabling facilities and involved construction of a new head shunt and roads and phase 2 was focused on delivering CET, tanking facilities.
